Exciting times at 365 Mechanix! We’re thrilled to announce that Marystela Santana has joined our team as the new Product Manager. With an impressive 17-year track record in the Financial Services industry, Marystela is set to bring a fresh wave of innovation, particularly to our standout product, 365 Collect, our debt collection software.

Marystela’s journey through various roles in the financial sector has equipped her with a unique blend of technical skills and a passion for enhancing user experiences and system efficiency. Her role at 365 Mechanix will focus on steering the product development strategy for our products, ensuring that we continue to meet and exceed the needs of our clients.

During her previous roles, Marystela was instrumental in designing and implementing key processes and innovations. She developed a comprehensive payment arrangement process, which included an automated decision engine, customer dialogue workflows, and a complete customer communications journey. This process improved the overall user experience and streamlined the monitoring and management of payment plans, making it easier for debt collection agents to engage with customers and approve payment plans efficiently.

Marystela also designed a customer dialogue workflow and an automated decision engine for financial hardship applications, reducing decision times from an average of 14 days to just 5 minutes. This innovative approach significantly enhanced customer engagement, saved agents time, and helped forecast lower write-offs.
