Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement
Future proof your company. To put it simply, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement is a digital platform that can be used via the cloud or on location for your business. The software will unify company data and streamline the information to enable responsive customer service.
There are four key modules that can be tailored to your business needs:
- Dynamics 365 for Sales
This module has an automated process to assist the sales team with client account history, sales collateral and other business insights needed to anticipate the customers’ needs. This includes AI driven insights, contextual insights, and the ability to customise at an advanced level. These insights will allow the business to better predict sales conversions and collaboration between the team.
- Dynamics 365 for Customer Service
Offering a high level of service is the key for long-lasting customer relationships. Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Service assists the team with a seamless workflow. Adapting to every situation, the software can keep up with market trends and customer behaviour to ensure the team are always ahead of the curve.
- Dynamics 365 for Field Service
Managing team schedules while on the field can be a challenge. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service simplifies the journey planning and scheduling needed for optimal experiences onsite. Team members will be able to prioritise jobs, manage their assets and bill for their time. Moving away from paper-based processes, this allows for a better workflow and time management for team members.
- Dynamics 365 for Marketing
Marketing activities revolve around multi-channel campaigns. Microsoft Dynamics 365 streamlines the data by integrating findings from each platform allowing the user to better understand their customers. The streamlined data assists with delivering personalised customer journeys. Although this is a single platform, the above functionalities can address the unique concerns of the individual business. The software is also able to integrate with other Microsoft products to allow a seamless experience.
